Virtual Beer 5K
We created the Beer 5K to highlight local breweries, support local charities, and engage participants. Our goal has always been about bringing people together to share a beer and support their communities, and this year, we'll have do that virtually. In each city, the participating charities help make the Beer 5K events happen by helping with set up and tear down, as well as serving you beer after the race.
While we recognize that it’s difficult to host a Beer 5K without beer, we also know that Beer 5K participants want to help their communities. We want to provide you a way to help our charity partners now, so we're launching the 2025 Virtual Beer 5K.
Registration information
Registration for the virtual run is only $10 and your ENTIRE $10 registration fee will be donated to the city/charity you select during registration.

Commemorate your run
For $15 you can add the 2025 Virtual Beer 5K swag package which includes a shirt (design pending), sticker, and beer coaster. The swag package will be conveniently mailed to you.
Happy Hour
The 2025 Virtual Beer 5K will start June 1, 2025 and end July 31, 2025 with a live virtual social hour with raffle prizes and awards. All swag items and prizes will be mailed on August 6, 2025

2. Select the distance for which you registered and find your name.
3. Click "Update Time." If you're not logged in to IYR when adding your time, a login window will pop up. Log in with the user ID and password you used to register for the race. If you can't remember, click "Forgot Your Password" to reset.
4. Enter your time and click "Save Your Time."
